Air fryer chicken parmesan is not only keto friendly, it’s gluten free as well. It makes for a wonderful week night meal, and you can easily double the amount of chicken for additional servings. If you’re not using an air fryer, all of my recipes can also be made on a sheet pan in the oven.

Can this Chicken Parm be made in the Instant Pot? I thought the blurb said it could, but dont see instructions now. I haven’t used mine yet, just arrived today. Recipe looks great.
I’m sorry Dolly, but the air fryer is the only way I’ve tried. I hope you enjoy your instant pot though.
