Air Fryer Shrimp Boil

AIR FRYER SHRIMP BOIL
Air Fryer Shrimp Boil

The one recipe that I’ve been asked the most about is the air fryer shrimp boil. Just like all of my other posts, this is an incredibly easy dish to put together, and takes very little time to make. It’s also a very impressive dinner for guests, or a simple weeknight meal for yourself. An added bonus of cooking smaller portions is a small bill at the grocery.

This recipe takes less than twenty five minutes to assemble and cook, tastes out of this world, and is surprisingly healthy. The air fryer shrimp boil is not only keto friendly, it’s gluten free as well. This makes for a wonderful weeknight meal for one, and you can easily double the amount of shrimp for additional serving. If you’re not using an air fryer, all of my recipes can also be made on a sheet pan in the oven by adding 50 degrees.

Truth be told, this recipe is wonderful to make for two. You not only use all of the ingredients that you have on hand, but you get a great lunch the next day, or a wonderful meal to share.

Notes

All air fryers cook at different speeds.  These recipes are meant to be a general guide.  Cooking times depend on various factors including thickness, cut, and type of meat used.  I use an Instant Pot Vortex Plus shelf air fryer.  If you’re using something different, especially a bucket type air fryer, I advise keeping an eye on food so it doesn’t under, or overcook.

Made this last night and added baby bellas….. it is so fast and delicious! Easy prep and cleanup for a work night. Made 1 recipe but I’ll double it next time.

  6. Very VERY tasty. The pyrex dish worked perfectly. That idea is a game changer! I bought an assortment of prepared “grilling vegetables” which made the prep even easier! The recipe called for 1 Tablespoon of Old Bay, but the instructions stated just 1/2 Tablespoon on the shrimp. I prepped the shrimp with 1/2 the Old Bay in a separate bowl, then used the other 1/2 on the veggie mix with the olive oil. Then, tossed everything together one last time. IT WAS PERFECT at 12 minutes in my Instant Vortex Air Fryer. THANKS AGAIN! Loved it, shared it, saved it, and I’m excited to try more of your recipes. Keep ’em coming!

    1. So happy you liked it!
