Air fryers do a lot of things really, really well….but, one of the things it does best is bacon. Clean up is simple and easy, the bacon doesn’t sit in it’s own grease while it cooks, it’s incredibly fast as well as easy, and the taste will knock your socks off. If you’ve never sat down and accidentally eaten a pound of bacon, be prepared that it could happen. I’ve used air fryer bacon in a lot of my other recipes, and will share a second recipe today that will use your newfound bacon making talents.

This recipe takes less than fifteen minutes to assemble and cook, tastes out of this world, and is surprisingly healthy. Air fryer bacon is not only keto friendly, it’s gluten free as well (yay!). This makes for a great breakfast side dish, or it can used in a variety of other recipes, and you can easily double the amount if you’re entertaining. If you’re not using an air fryer, all of my recipes can also be made on a sheet pan in the oven.
