I’ve been asked several times about what type of air fryer I use, as well as what type of extras, add-ons, or air fryer accessories that I have for it. I’m using the Instant Vortex Plus, which is a shelf air fryer. There are also circular, or round air fryers with a basket built in. You can use oven safe Pyrex glass baking dishes in either type, and the advantage is being able to cook dishes with liquid, other meals that would be extremely messy, or recipes that take up horizontal and vertical space or volume. The other incredibly brilliant aspect of using Pyrex is you won’t have any clean up, and your leftovers are already in a container just waiting for you to put a lid on it.
