One of the other bonuses of cooking S’mores in the air fryer (besides less time and power usage) is it is generally easier to clean up, as well as prepare. I always line my drip pans with foil and use Pyrex storage containers to cook in when not using the trays. The advantage of cooking in Pyrex is that you can simply put a lid on it and store any leftovers in the refrigerator without using any additional pots or pans, or storage containers.

Air Fryer S’mores
Equipment
- Air Fryer
Ingredients
- 1 box Graham Cracker
- 1 bar Hershey's Chocolate
- 1 bag Marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees.
- While air fryer heads up, line your cooking tray (if possible) with foil. Break graham crackers in half, leaving two pieces still intact. Break Hershey's bar into individual pieces, placing two on each graham cracker square. Make sure to leave a small space between the Hershey pieces, so your marshmallows do not blow away and have a place to rest while cooking. Top Hershey pieces with a single marshmallow.
- Cook for one minute. Remove from air fryer, and top with an equal sized piece of graham cracker.Note: if you like more char, cook an additional minute, or more…but watch closely, as marshmallows can catch fire.
