  • Air Fryer, or Oven (Add 50 Degrees)

  • 8 Medium Shrimp 41-50 Count
  • 2 tsp Old Bay Seasoning
  • 2 Wood Skewers

  • Preheat air fryer or oven to 400 degrees.
  • While the air fryer is preheating, thaw, remove shells, and clean eight medium sized shrimp. Run water over wood skewers, and thread four shrimp per skewer. Sprinkle Old Bay seasoning on both sides of shrimp.
  • Cook shrimp for four minutes, flipping halfway through (for larger shrimp, you may want to increase cooking time).

All air fryers cook at different speeds.  These recipes are meant to be a general guide.  Cooking times depend on various factors including thickness, cut, and type of meat used.  I use an Instant Pot Vortex Plus shelf air fryer.  If you're using something different, especially a bucket type air fryer, I advise keeping an eye on food so it doesn't under, or overcook.
