Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers

Air fryer meatloaf stuffed peppers

  • Air Fryer, or Oven (Add 50 Degrees)
  • Large mixing bowl


  • 1 lb lean ground beef the same beef mixture will be used in the previous recipe
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup panko
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, diced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 3 green, yellow, or red peppers
  • 2 tbsp parmesan cheese, divided
  • 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, divided


  • Preheat air fryer or oven to 350.
  • Cut the top off of 2 - 3 large bell peppers, and stuff with the meatloaf beef mixture.
  • Add to the air fryer, and cook for 25 - 30 minutes (this can be done at the same time you're cooking the meatloaf).
  • I cut my stuffed peppers in half, but this step is not necessary.
  • Remove and add parmesan and mozzarella cheese, and cook for an additional 5 minutes for cheese to melt and turn golden brown.


All air fryers cook at different speeds.  These recipes are meant to be a general guide.  Cooking times depend on various factors including thickness, cut, and type of meat used.  I use an Instant Pot Vortex Plus shelf air fryer.  If you're using something different, especially a bucket type air fryer, I advise keeping an eye on food so it doesn't under, or overcook.
