  • Air Fryer, or Oven (Add 50 Degrees)
  • Pyrex Oven Safe Square Two Quart Dish


  • 1/2 lb Chicken Breast Tenderloins
  • 1 package Fajita Seasoning
  • 2 small Yellow Onions
  • 1 Red Pepper
  • 1 Yellow Pepper


  • Preheat your air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • In a large bowl or freezer bag, mix fajita seasoning with 1/4 of a cup of water and 1/4 of a cup of Canola Oil.
  • Slice onions and peppers into thin strips, and add them along with tenderloins into a plastic freezer bag, or large bowl.
  • In an oven safe baking dish, add the chicken and pepper mixture to the air fryer or oven, making sure the chicken sits on top of the peppers for 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature of the chicken is 165 degrees.


IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: All air fryers cook at different speeds.  These recipes are meant to be a general guide.  Cooking times depend on various factors including thickness, cut, and type of meat used.  I use an Instant Pot Vortex Plus shelf air fryer.  If you're using something different, especially a bucket type air fryer, I advise keeping an eye on food so it doesn't under, or overcook.
